Tentang DIELEKTRIK

DIELEKTRIK adalah platform digital berbasis web yang dirancang oleh Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Provinsi Kepulauan Riau untuk memodernisasi dan mempermudah proses pengawasan pelaksanaan usaha jasa penunjang tenaga listrik.

Bagi Badan Usaha, DIELEKTRIK berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk memenuhi kewajiban pelaporan kegiatan usaha tahunan secara efisien. Bagi internal Dinas ESDM, aplikasi ini menjadi alat untuk memantau, mengevaluasi, dan memvalidasi kepatuhan badan usaha terhadap regulasi yang berlaku.

Alur Kerja DIELEKTRIK

Inisiasi (Badan Usaha)

Badan Usaha mendaftar di platform, kemudian melengkapi Profil Badan Usaha. Setelah selesai, profil dikirim dan status berubah menjadi "Menunggu Verifikasi".

Verifikasi (Evaluator)

Evaluator memeriksa profil dan memberikan keputusan: "Terverifikasi" atau "Ditolak". Jika ditolak, profil kembali ke Badan Usaha untuk diperbaiki.

Pelaporan (Badan Usaha)

Setelah profil Badan Usah terverifikasi, Badan Usaha dapat membuat Laporan Tahunan Usaha Jasa Penunjang Tenaga Listrik.

Evaluasi & Validasi

Evaluator melakukan pemeriksaan laporan dan mengisi formulir evaluasi. Kepala Bidang kemudian meninjau hasil evaluasi dan memberikan keputusan akhir.
